Your responsibilities
- Strategise for Impact: Develop monthly PPC strategies that craft client success stories, ensuring optimal performance and outcomes that matter.
- Lead the Way: Guide and inspire your PPC team. Lead them towards excellence, ensuring strategies are executed seamlessly while fostering collaboration and motivation.
- Insights that Matter: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape comprehensive client reports that go beyond data, delivering insights that drive decision-making.
- In the Client’s Corner: Collaborate closely with our client relationship manager in PPC meetings, enriching discussions with valuable insights and progress updates.
- Hands-On Excellence: While strategic leadership is your forte, you’ll roll up your sleeves to directly manage and strategise for key clients, fuelling their digital marketing goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3+ Years of PPC Prowess: Your journey includes 3+ years of PPC mastery, reflecting your ability to craft campaigns that deliver tangible results.
- Agency Savvy: Your experience within a digital marketing agency has primed you to navigate client dynamics and master the art of project management.
- Masters of Organisation: Juggling multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines is second nature to you – quality remains uncompromised.
- Independent Collaborator: You’re the best of both worlds – a self-starter who thrives within teams, adapting fluidly to any scenario.
- Office Enthusiast: Being present in our Swansea office for 2 days a week energises you, feeding into the dynamic in-person work environment.
