Founder/Managing Director

Alix has been passionate about advertising for as long as she can remember. Prior to setting up the business in 2018, Alix had previously worked in-house, as a freelancer and for some of the top digital marketing agencies in Wales and loves nothing more than helping companies excel with the help of digital marketing.

Alix’s knowledge spans across a large number of marketing practices but she specifically specialises in PPC and SEO. Outside of work, Alix is a bit of a petrolhead, a coffee enthusiast, and loves spending time at the gym and with her son.



Client Account Manager

Nichola’s arrival at AD Marketing Group in 2023 has brought a refreshing energy to the team. With an unwavering commitment to customer service, she goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. 

Despite being new to the world of digital marketing, Nichola’s enthusiasm and drive have quickly immersed her in the captivating domains of PPC and SEO. 

Outside of work, Nichola cherishes family time above all else. 



Operations Manager

Coming from a background including procurement, health & safety, procedure and process development and operations management; Steve looks after the back office functions for AD Marketing.

Steve can usually be found preparing invoices, proofreading client work and circling the company snack cupboard among the other (not all snack related) roles and functions he performs for AD Marketing. In his spare time Steve enjoys playing guitar (and collecting too many guitars!) and spending time with his son.



PPC Specialist

Kelly focuses on Google, Bing, Meta, and social media ads. She excels in growing leads and sales through targeted campaigns and finds genuine joy in leveraging PPC strategies to drive tangible results for our clients.

Beyond the digital realm, Kelly is a travel and food enthusiast, exploring global cuisines with her wonderful family. She enjoys the thrill of F1 racing and has a fondness for Britney Spears.




PPC Specialist

Sam specialises in helping clients advertise through Google Ads. He can create custom Search Ads by writing effective ad copy. Discovering targeted keywords to increase relevant traffic to a website, contributing to further sales & leads. Managing and Optimising campaigns thoroughly, making sure budgets are spent efficiently.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys listening to music and playing guitar. Exercising regularly at the gymnasium, watching his favourite documentaries and films.

Caitlin’s fascination with advertising blossomed during her childhood and continued to grow as she progressed through education. In early 2023, Caitlin joined our team as an intern, and after completing her university course later that year, we gladly welcomed her as a permanent member. Throughout her journey, she has gained valuable experience in the realms of SEO and PPC, further adding to her knowledge and adoration for marketing and the ins and outs of the business.

In her leisure time, Caitlin indulges in her hobbies as an avid Sims player, anime enthusiast, and music lover.
